Important rental rules in plain language
A practical summary of documents, payment, vehicle use, damage and return.
Current rule: without a prior written exception, the vehicle may be used only within the Czech Republic.
Rental length and payment
The standard minimum is four days. The agreed rental charge and deposit are due no later than collection using the confirmed payment method.
Rate, deposit and insurance excess
The vehicle detail lists daily rates and the refundable deposit. Your confirmation and agreement contain the binding total, excess and any individual terms.
Collection and return
The place and time form part of the agreement. Return the car on time, clean and with at least the same fuel level; a late return may incur a charge.
Where the car may be used
Vehicles are currently intended for travel within the Czech Republic. Foreign use requires prior written approval and suitable assistance coverage.
Accident, breakdown or damage
Secure the situation first, call the police when appropriate, document everything and contact us immediately. Do not arrange repairs without permission.
Looking after the vehicle
Use the correct fuel, do not smoke and protect the vehicle, keys and documents from loss. Animals are allowed only after a specific advance agreement.
Fines and unauthorised use
The renter is responsible for fines and traffic offences during the rental. The car must not be handed to another person or used against the agreed rules.
