FAQ
Answers before you choose a car
Documents, deposit, mileage, collection, return and the situations worth knowing about.
01Which documents should I bring?+
Bring at least two valid documents: an identity document and your driving licence. Additional verification may be requested for a particular booking.
02What is the shortest rental period?+
Four days is the usual minimum. Any car-specific exception appears in the vehicle detail and is repeated in your booking confirmation.
03When can the vehicle be collected?+
Collection always requires a confirmed booking during opening hours from Monday to Friday. All branches are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
04Is the price shown online the final price?+
Each car shows daily rates based on rental length. We confirm the exact total, vehicle and collection point for your dates; the confirmation and rental agreement are binding.
05Is a refundable deposit required?+
Yes. The amount appears in each car detail and is paid at collection together with the agreed rental charge.
06Is there a mileage cap?+
The listed cars normally come with unlimited mileage unless your booking confirmation or rental agreement explicitly says otherwise.

Foreign travel is currently suspended. Do not take the vehicle across the border without prior written permission.
08What should I do after an accident or damage?+
Make the situation safe, call the police, record what happened and contact the rental company immediately. Do not arrange a repair without approval.
09How should the car be returned?+
Return it at the agreed time, clean and with at least the same fuel level as at collection. Tell us about any new damage before handover.
